SellerBowl LLC (“SellerBowl”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our Service
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Processing of Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown
- Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Houston, Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant
5. Restoration of Content
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We determine repeat infringer status at our sole discretion.
7. Good Faith
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed.
