Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which SellerBowl LLC (“SellerBowl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds for subscription payments.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at help@sellerbowl.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers within 7 days of initial payment
  • Annual plan subscribers within 7 days of renewal

2.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue pro-rated refunds at our discretion:

  • Extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Significant feature removal that materially affects your use
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

2.3 Non-Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly subscriptions after the 7-day window
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months of service after cancellation
  • Add-on purchases or one-time fees (unless otherwise stated)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email help@sellerbowl.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on credit/debit cards
  • 5–10 business days for bank transfers

5. Free Trial

If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied. Ensure you cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the first billing period.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing disputes directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
